Full Moon School Registration

  • Hello and welcome to the Full Moon School of Music. We are thrilled you decided to pursue further knowledge in music and have asked us to help you in that endeavor. Below we will list a few things you need to know about how your lessons are managed and what you can expect from us as we move forward.

What you get: Full Moon School of Music is proud to offer the finest in music education from some of the most skilled players in the Watkinsville and greater Athens area. You will be learning from musicians who are professionals and currently play in local and regional acts here in Athens. Twice a year our students will be invited to participate in our Rockcital hosted at a local music venue, where they will show off all of the new skills they have acquired. Students may also be invited to perform in assorted events throughout the year and offered discounted rates for our annual summer camps.

Cost: Full Moon School of Music will cost a flat rate of $120 per month. This provides students with *up to one half hour lesson per week each month. Payment is expected at the first lesson of the month. We will not offer lessons during some breaks and winter holidays (please note: every 12 months there will be a natural occurrence when 4 months will have 5 lessons to balance against these missed lessons). Payments can be made in person by cash, check, credit card or remotely via Venmo, PayPal, and even on the website. Checks should be made out to ‘Full Moon Studio’.

What we offer: We currently offer weekly professional instruction in multiple musical instruments and skills and can often expand our selection based on customer demand.

What do you need: All you will need to bring is a notebook, pen/pencil, your instrument, and a desire to learn something new. Individual instructors may have you get specific materials but will not be required at first lesson. Please be punctual in order to get the most out of your 30 minute lesson.

Thank you again for your support! We look forward to meeting you in person.

    * "up to" means that Full Moon School of Music will provide an instructor at the scheduled time each week of the month to accommodate the student's lesson. Make up lessons are not a guaranteed service. However, our best efforts will be made to accommodate such a request if the instructor has available space in their calendar.
